PP Flame Retardant Masterbatch (Ⅰ)

Introduction
CPP-3 & CPP-4 consist of environment friendly flame retardant system of phosphorus,nitrogen and bromine, while XPP-1 is bromine antimony flame retardant system, They all passed the evaluation of SGS, CTI etc certification authority and comply with ROHS requirement. Good compatibility with PP.

CPP-3	Low odor, high bromine content, high performance.
CPP-4	Low density of finished products, low smoke and no mold corrosion, high smoothness, low halogen and high cost performance.
XPP-1	Used for flame retardant filling rope, can add any amount of calcium carbonate; used for sheet metal, high performance and good plastic properties. Disadvantage: not suitable for dark and black products

TPP consists of environment friendly flame retardant system of bromine and antimony, WPP & WPP-GF are halogen-free flame retardant masterbatches with phosphorus and nitrogen as the flame retardant elements, passed the evaluation of SGS, CTI etc certification authority and comply with ROHS requirement. Good compatibility with PP.

WPP-GF	No halogen, High temperature resistance, good stability, high UV-resistance, glow-wire test meets GWFI 750℃ and GWFI 850℃

Note:

CPP-3 and CPP-4, WPP and WPP-GF are not allowed to add calcium carbonate, calcium stearate and color masterbatches
CPP-3 and CPP-4 can add talcum powder, barium sulfate etc., but dosage should be increased.
All PP flame retardant products can not be used with coal chemical products.
